Lemon Herb Baked Salmon
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Optional: asparagus, roasted red potatoes, or other sides
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and herbs.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush or spoon the lemon herb mixture generously over each piece.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon slices on top if desired.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. (Time may vary depending on thickness.)

Serve hot, with roasted veggies or potatoes for a complete meal.
